Wash the lentils, fill with water and bring to a boil. Boil the potatoes as well, peel and cut into large pieces, add them to the lentils when they boil.
Cut the vegetables into cubes, put them in the pot with the other products.
Cut the chicken fillet into thin pieces, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with oil.
Heat oil in a suitable pan, fry thin slices of bread, then rub them with a clove of garlic.
Fry the fillet until golden, but do not fry.
When the vegetables are cooked, add salt and spices, beat everything with a blender. Pour the cream and beat once more.
Serve the finished cream soup with pieces of chicken, garlic slices and sprinkle with chopped parsley or your favorite green spice.
