Learn how to cook "Strawberry cream soup with yogurt and honey". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
- 6 tea cups strawberries, cut in bulk
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
For garnish :
- pieces of strawberry
- fresh mint leaves
Method of preparation :
- Heat the strawberries and water in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and simmer for about 6-8 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and puree until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and honey, stir and return the pan to the hob.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a little cold water and gradually add it to the soup.
- Stir constantly until thickened and bubbling. Let it simmer for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
- Wait for the soup to cool completely before pouring it into plates or bowls.
- Garnish with strawberries and fresh mint leaves and serve.
