Beat the yolks and sugar with a mixer. Add the pre-soaked gelatin to the warmed cream. Add the mascarpone, vanilla and gelatin cream to the beaten egg yolks. Stir until smooth. Pour the finished mixture into a pastry syringe. Take a suitable glass cup, bowl or other form put a layer of cream (about 100 grams), raspberries (15) on it and pour the coffee. Next again cream, garnish with remaining fruit and mint, sprinkle with cocoa. If you want, add some of your favorite cookies.
