Required products :

  • 5-7 mushrooms
  • 100-150 grams of melted cheese
  • 200 grams of broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • frying oil
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms and fry them in a little oil for 5-10 minutes. Grate a carrot, fry it too.

Divide the broccoli into inflorescences and chop finely. You can use both fresh broccoli and frozen. If you have frozen ones, defrost them a bit first so you can cut them more easily.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

Put a pot of water on the stove. When the liquid boils, pour the mushrooms and vegetables in it, cook them for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the melted cheese and add it to the soup. Let it cook for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese

If desired, you can sprinkle the dish with dried dill and serve with rusks or croutons.

Enjoy your meal!
