Necessary products:

 

  • 2-3 peeled carrots
  • 2 zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 250 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the carrots, onions, garlic and zucchini in a saucepan. Pour the broth and cook until the vegetables are soft. When ready, cool and blend until homogeneous.

 

Add olive oil, cream, salt, pepper, chopped dill and heat the soup. Stir until thickened, remove from the heat and pour in portions. Serve garnished with spices of your choice.
