Necessary products:

450 g zucchini

2 tsp broth

2 tsp oregano

150 ml of cream

100 g of mushrooms

1 onion

1 clove garlic

a little ground ginger

salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut garlic and onion into small pieces, zucchini into small pieces. Fry them in oil for about 3-5 minutes, stirring. Pour the hot broth, add 1 tsp oregano, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash the mushrooms, fry them in oil with 1 tsp oregano, season with salt and pepper, remove to a plate. Puree the soup, pour in the cream and beat once more. Add salt, pepper, ginger and warm. Put the mushrooms before serving.

Cream can be replaced with milk instead of onions and garlic - tarragon. Add rusks or croutons if desired. The density of the soup can also be different according to your preferences (change the amount of broth for this purpose).
