Cream of zucchini soup with sesame seeds and homemade cashew milk. This soup is rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals and many useful nutrients that protect the body from disease. Just one bowl of it will satiate you for a long time and will contribute many benefits to your health.

Required products :

  • 200-300 grams of zucchini
  • cashew milk (or 2 handfuls of raw cashews)
  • 1 teaspoon black salt (or other)
  • water (according to the desired density of the soup)
  • 3-4 tablespoons sesame seeds (white, black or mix)

Method of preparation :

Using a blender, beat all products except sesame seeds. Pour the resulting puree into a bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Stir, pour in cream soup bowls and serve.
