Required products :
5 eggs
150 grams of sugar
200 milliliters of dessert wine
5 tablespoons of water
Method of preparation :
Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar, put them in a water bath and continue beating.
Gradually pour in the wine (at room temperature) and the water. Do not allow the mixture to boil, it should increase in volume, become airy but thick.
Distribute the finished cream in suitable cups or bowls and serve hot or cold.
Optionally, you could add biscuits, cookies and / or seasonal fruits to taste.
