Learn how to cook "Cream sauce with garlic, yellow cheese and white wine". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 milliliters of cream
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon white wine
175 grams of yellow cheese
ground nutmeg
ground black pepper and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Pour the cream into a suitable container and heat over low heat (do not allow to boil). Finely grate the yellow cheese and add it to the cream. Grind the garlic very finely and put it in the sauce together with the other spices. Mix everything well, pour the wine, stir once more. Let the sauce boil for 3 minutes and you're done.
An ideal addition to french fries.
