Learn how to cook "Cream sauce with mushrooms and fish mustard". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of fresh mushrooms
50 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
onion to taste
200 grams of mayonnaise
200 grams of cream
200 grams of homemade mustard
Method of preparation :
Put the mushrooms and onions in a bowl of water and cook. Strain the resulting broth, mix the mushrooms with the flour and pour into the broth. Let it boil briefly and add the cream, olive oil, mayonnaise and mustard.
The sauce is ready. You can now serve it with your favorite fish.
