Required products :
200 grams of fresh mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon liquid cream
4 tablespoons butter
grated nutmeg
black pepper
salt
green spices of your choice
Method of preparation :
Melt the butter in a pan and add the finely chopped garlic cloves. Let simmer for about 3 minutes and then put the sliced mushrooms. Five minutes later, pour the warmed cream and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
Then add the spices and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes before boiling.
