Necessary products:

600 grams of potatoes

400 ml chicken broth

450 ml cream with fat content 15-20%

1 tablespoon flour (top)

50 grams of butter

1 small onion

4 pieces of bacon

2-3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions

hard cheese (cheddar or other optional)

sol

ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Bake the potatoes whole in the oven until ready (for example 1 hour at 180 degrees). Melt the butter and fry the finely chopped onion in it over low heat until soft. Add the flour and mix. Gradually add the broth and cream (you can use milk), stirring well to break up any lumps. Using a spoon, carve the inside of the already baked potatoes. Leave the rest to cool, peel and cut into small pieces.

Put the potatoes (both the soft part and the pieces) and cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until you get a creamy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Fry the bacon until crispy, place it on a napkin to drain off excess fat and cut into pieces.

Serve the soup sprinkled with bacon, cheese and chopped green onions.

Enjoy your meal!
