Required products :

250 grams of canned white beans
250 grams of canned corn
500 grams of fresh carrots
500 grams of potatoes
150 grams of bacon
2 tablespoons oil
400 milliliters of broth of your choice
200 milliliters of sour cream
3 tablespoons of sour cream
salt and ground black pepper to taste
parsley to taste

Method of preparation :

Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into thin slices. Peel an onion and chop finely.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry it until golden in hot oil. Add onions, vegetables and simmer for a while. Then pour the broth, liquid cream and cook for 15-20 minutes.

At the end of cooking, add the canned white beans and corn, sour cream and season with salt and pepper to taste. Once the soup boils, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and remove from the heat.
