Necessary products:

 

  • 1 head old onion
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 stalk fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 200 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • fresh parsley for decoration
  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • olive oil for frying

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put olive oil in a saucepan, heat it, peel the onion, chop finely and fry. Add chickpeas, peeled and chopped mushrooms, green onions, thyme stalk, rosemary and chopped mint.

Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the cream and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix the sour cream with the milk, add to the soup and stir. Pour portions, serve the soup warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
