Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon walnuts
  • 1 large parsnip root (about 150 grams)

  • 650 milliliters of broth (beef or chicken), can water

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk and high-fat cream (cooking)

Method of preparation :
