How To Cook Cream Soup With Yellow Cheese, White Wine And Toasted Garlic Bread - Recipe

Required products :

500 milliliters chicken broth
75 grams yellow cheese
75 milliliters dry white wine
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon flour
30 grams butter
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 cloves garlic
grated nutmeg on top of a knife
salt and ground black pepper to taste
chopped fresh parsley or dill
olive oil
toast

Method of preparation :

Cut slices of bread, dip them in olive oil, rub with garlic and bake in a preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and fry lightly. Then pour the hot chicken broth, stirring constantly so that no lumps form.

Add the wine and bring the mixture to a boil. Five minutes later, remove from the heat and pour the grated yellow cheese into the bowl. Stir well to melt.

Mix the yolks with the cream and add to the soup immediately after the yellow cheese, stirring vigorously with a wire to understand the eggs (there should be no lumps).

Seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg is the final stage of the aromatic composition.

Serve the soup sprinkled with green spices and toasted garlic bread.
