Separate the egg whites from the yolks in two separate bowls. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the yolks with the sugar until thick (about 5 minutes), then add the liqueur and mascarpone. A smooth mixture should be obtained. Carefully pour the egg whites to the yolks and with a large metal spoon stir in a circular motion until well mixed.
Dip the cookies in the coffee and arrange them evenly on the bottom of the serving dish. Pour half of the egg mixture, sprinkle with hazelnuts and grated chocolate. Repeat in the same order until the ingredients are done.
Cover with foil and refrigerate for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Cut the tiramisu cream into pieces and serve.
