Necessary products:
250 ml cafe (3 tsp cafe for 250 ml water)
3 egg yolks
150 g of sugar
10 g (2 tsp) gelatin
300 ml cream with fat content 33 - 35%
Method of preparation:
Soak the gelatin in 100 ml of cold boiled water and leave for as long as indicated on the package. In a separate bowl, mix the yolks with the sugar, place in a water bath and warm until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the coffee and stir. Then add gelatin, heat until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Whip the cream and add to the resulting coffee mixture. Stir.
Distribute the cream in suitable cups or bowls and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
