Required products :

  • 4 plain butter biscuits
  • 110 milliliters of vermouth
  • 250 milliliters of cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 tablespoons lemon cream
  • 2 tablespoons roasted sliced ​​almonds
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Method of preparation :

Crush the biscuits and divide them into 4 cups in which to serve.

Pour on top with 1 tablespoon of vermouth.

Beat the cream with the powdered sugar until soft peaks. Add the remaining vermouth.

Add the lemon cream and mix lightly with a spoon to get a marble effect, but without mixing the two creams.

Put the mixture on the cookies, sprinkle with almonds and mint. Cool before serving.
