How To Cook Creamy Broccoli With Mushrooms And Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 600 grams of blanched broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 450 grams of chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 stalk fresh thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed hot peppers
  • 4 broken eggs
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water, cool and chop them. Heat the butter and sauté the onions, mushrooms, garlic and broccoli.

Add thyme, salt, black, red pepper, hot peppers and stir. Pour the vegetables into a pan and pour a mixture of beaten eggs, sour cream and cooking cream.

Bake for 40 minutes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan just before removing from the oven. Pour in portions and serve warm.
