How To Cook Creamy Dessert With White Chocolate, Cream Cheese And Coffee - Recipe

Required products :

30 milliliters of espresso
4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons liquid cream
1 teaspoon cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon sugar
300 grams white chocolate
grated dark chocolate to sprinkle on the finished dessert

Preparation :
Using a blender, mix the cream cheese and liqueur, pour in the freshly brewed coffee and add the grated orange peel.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath together with 1/2 cup of the cream. Stir until smooth.
Beat the remaining cream with the sugar.
Add the melted chocolate and whipped cream to the mixture of cream cheese and coffee. Mix everything.
Prepare 12 forms with a capacity of 150 milliliters. Distribute the resulting mixture in them and cover the bowls with plastic wrap. Put them in the freezer overnight, after which you can serve the finished dessert sprinkled with grated chocolate (or pour chocolate sauce).
