Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of cleaned white fish
  • 1 onion
  • 1 peeled and diced carrot
  • 1 tomato, peeled and grated
  • 1 teaspoon savory, crushed
  • 2 peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 liter of water
  • 500 milliliters of fish broth
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • a few stalks of chopped fresh devesil
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 finely chopped garlic clove
  • 3/4 tea glass of white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the water into a saucepan, add salt and put the fillet. Cook for 5 minutes, cool, chop the meat and strain the broth. Pour it into another container, along with the fish and put another liter of water. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and garlic.

Add salt, pepper, savory, devesil, turmeric, thyme and wine. Stir and pour the mixture into the pot with the broth. Reduce heat and cook for another 30 minutes.

Cool the soup and scoop a ladle out of it. Whip the sour cream and return the mixture in a thin stream to the bowl. Stir, pour the soup into bowls, serve and eat with pleasure.
