How To Cook Creamy Milk Soup With Chicken, Carrots And Potatoes - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 liters of water
  • 200 grams of chicken breast
  • 3-4 peeled and diced potatoes
  • 3 stalks of chervil
  • 1 peeled and finely chopped carrot
  • 1 tablespoon natural starch
  • 250 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 300 milliliters of warm milk
  • 3-4 sprigs of parsley

 

Method of preparation: 

 

Pour the water into the pan, add salt, season with black pepper, chopped chervil and add the potatoes, carrots, chicken. Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Combine milk with starch, cream and stir. When the vegetables are ready, scoop a ladle of the broth, add it to the milk mixture, stir and return the liquid to the pan.

Pour portions, serve the soup hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
