How To Cook Creme Brulee With Goat Cheese And Vanilla Flavor - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of goat cheese
  • 470 grams of liquid cream
  • 360 grams of sugar (120 of them for the caramel crust)
  • 7 egg yolks
  • vanilla extract

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 160 degrees.

Add the vanilla extract to the cream, which you place on the stove to boil. Then remove from the heat, close the pan with a lid and leave for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with 240 grams of sugar and egg yolks, mix until smooth. Start adding the cream, pouring it in a thin stream, stirring constantly.

Distribute the combination in suitable bowls. Boil in a water bath (45-50 minutes).

Once removed from the heat, allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow to cool.

Thirty minutes before serving, sprinkle the surface with sugar, which you caramelize with the appropriate burner or use the grill function of the oven.
