Necessary products:

 

  • 2 and 1/2 teaspoons confectionery cream
  • 3/4 tea cups of fresh milk
  • 3-4 lavender stalks
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar + 2 tablespoons sprinkle
  • 2 tablespoons colored honey

 

Method of preparation:


Put the cream, milk, lavender in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

 

Turn off and leave the mixture on the stove and after 15 minutes remove the fragrant stalks. Beat the yolks with the sugar and honey until homogeneous.

 

Slowly pour the cream mixture over the egg mixture and mix until the products are homogeneous. Strain through a fine sieve and cool for 2-3 hours.

 

Prepare fireproof bowls, distribute the liquid in them, arrange them in a pan and pour warm water to half.

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cover with foil dessert and bake for 30-40 minutes. Observe the water bath, it is important not to boil, so pour some of the water after it heats up and add cold. When ready, cool the flints, sprinkle them with sugar and caramelize with a burner.

 

Garnish the dessert with lavender sprigs, serve and enjoy.
