Necessary products

For the sweet pancakes:

  • 20 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 120 grams of flour
  • 500 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 2 eggs

For the orange sauce:

  • 2 oranges
  • 5 grams of potato starch
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 milliliters of cognac
  • 30 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with a wire for this purpose. Add a pinch of salt, powdered sugar, sifted flour and stir. Pour the cream and knead the dough, to which add the melted butter.

Bake thin pancakes from this mixture.

Next is the making of the orange sauce.

Squeeze the citrus juice, grate the peel.

Pour the sugar into a Teflon pan.

Place it on a medium hot plate and heat until the sweet crystals caramelize.

Then add the butter and wait for it to melt and combine with the caramel.

It's time for the orange peels and mix well.

Mix the fruit juice with the cognac and starch. Pour the liquid into the pan.

Cook the sauce until it thickens a little (about 3-5 minutes).

Once this is done, put the pancakes in it, folded like handkerchiefs, and leave it for a while.

Then take them out on a plate, pour over the warm orange sauce and serve the wonderful dessert.

Enjoy your meal!
