Required products :

  • 4 slices of bread with kvass
  • 220 grams of frozen artichokes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 50 grams of parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tea cup parsley
  • 150 grams of arugula
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method of preparation :

Bake the slices on a toaster or grill. Put them in baking paper and turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the artichokes (finely chopped), squeeze a clove of garlic, add the grated Parmesan cheese, Gruyere cheese, sour cream, lemon zest and half a teaspoon of salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the slices and sprinkle with Panko breadcrumbs.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheeses begin to melt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

Season the arugula with olive oil, lemon salt and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Serve with sandwiches.
