How To Cook Crispy Baked Potatoes With Aromatic Spices - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of peeled potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

For garnish :

  • cream
  • sweet chili sauce

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place a large pan in it to warm up.
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise in half, then divide each half into 4 slices.
  • Transfer them to a large bowl and sprinkle with olive oil. Stir well.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the red pepper, garlic and onion powder, salt and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with 1/2 of the spices and mix well to taste evenly.
  • Distribute them in the heated pan and sprinkle with the remaining mix of aromatic spices.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown, turning them in the middle of baking.
  • Serve the crispy potatoes warm, garnished with cream, sweet chili sauce or anything else of your choice.
