Required products :

400 grams of margarine (for cakes)

1 teaspoon of beer

4.5 teaspoons flour

1.5 teaspoons sugar

1 egg

Method of preparation :

Melt the margarine, add the beer to it, then the flour. You should get a liquid dough, which you put in the refrigerator for 2 hours. It will tighten then roll it into a thin layer. Cut circles with a glass, smear each of them with egg, butter or just water and sprinkle with sugar. "Fold" the circles in four and sprinkle with sugar again. Arrange them in a tray and place in the oven for about 15 minutes (until ready).
