How To Cook Crispy Buttermilk With Walnuts And Vanilla - Recipe

Required products :

  • 230 grams of butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • powdered sugar for rolling

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and cover the bottom of a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter with the powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth.
  • Add the flour, walnuts and vanilla and knead a soft dough.
  • Use a teaspoon to form buttercups of approximately the same size by rolling them in your palms.
  • Arrange in the pan and bake for about 12 minutes until golden.
  • Roll the walnut butter in powdered sugar while still warm.
  • Wait for them to cool briefly and serve.
