Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 300 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 2 sachets of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 milliliters of olive oil
  • yolk for spreading

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 150 grams of fresh spinach
  • 80 grams of melted cheese for spreading
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the flour in a bowl, add the yeast and stir. Combine olive oil with milk, add salt, sugar and pour them into the flour. Make dough, wait for it to rise and divide it into equal parts.

In a saucepan, heat olive oil and fry onions, mushrooms, spinach. Add the garlic clove, dill and melted cheese. Cook until the vegetables are soft and cool.

 

Roll out the crust, distribute in each of the fillings and fold in two. Seal the edges of the marshmallows to close the pizza and spread it with beaten egg yolk.

 

Sprinkle with dried savory and arrange the pizzas in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Cool and serve the pizzas warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
