How To Cook Crispy Chicken With Garlic, Onion And Dill - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Crispy chicken with garlic, onion and dill". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 boned chickens, boned and sliced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons + 2 tablespoons salt
  • 3 heads of garlic - cloves divided and peeled
  • 3 teaspoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons hot red pepper
  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 kg of potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 165 degrees.

Dry the meat with kitchen paper and season with salt. Arrange in a pan and bake for about 25 minutes on each side until golden.

Meanwhile, chop the garlic in a food processor until you get very small pieces.

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a saucepan and add the garlic, stir and fry for a minute until dark. Transfer to a small bowl, season with hot pepper and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt. Leave the garlic oil to stand, until serving.

Put the oil in a large saucepan to heat. Fry the onion until golden - about 5 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, remove it from the oil and place it on baking paper to drain off excess fat.

Remove the meat from the pan and dry as much moisture as possible with paper (this will prevent splashing during frying).

In the oil heated by the onion, fry the chicken in batches (skin side down) until crispy and golden - about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and add salt.

Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain them and return them to the same pot, return it to the hot plate. Lightly press the potatoes to crack and pour 1/3 of the garlic oil over them, stir, salt and transfer to a plate.

In another bowl, place the chicken and season with garlic oil. Sprinkle with fried onions and dill.

Transfer the rest of the garlic oil to a bowl and serve with the potatoes and chicken.
