How To Cook Crispy Croissants With Chocolate, Banana And Hazelnuts - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of puff pastry
  • 3-4 tablespoons liquid chocolate
  • 2 bananas, cut lengthwise
  • 150 grams of hazelnuts
  • 2 beaten eggs + one vanilla

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, prepare and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Grind the nuts in a blender and set aside. Thaw and spread the dough on a floured surface, roll out a round crust and cut into triangles.

 

Spread each of them with liquid chocolate, put a slice of banana and turn from the wide to the narrow side.

 

Fold the edges to seal, glaze with beaten eggs and sprinkle generously with ground hazelnuts.

 

Arrange in a pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy the taste.
