How To Cook Crispy Fried Rolls With Cheesecake Filling - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 10 unsalted tortilla cakes
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese
  • 100 grams of mascarpone
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of fresh blueberries
  • grated rind of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 5 grams of cinnamon powder
  • toothpicks
  • optional topping for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, egg, fruit, lemon zest and vanilla in a blender.

 

Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour it into a box lined with cling film and freeze for two hours.

 

Remove, cut into pieces and place one in each loaf.

 

Fold the ends, roll into rolls and secure with toothpicks. Heat the fat, fry until golden.

 

Roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

 

Arrange on a plate and serve, topped with a topping of your choice.
