How To Cook Crispy Garlic Crackers With Seeds And Dried Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

1 teaspoon sprouted and dried wheat grains
1 teaspoon peeled sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon dried tomatoes, pre-soaked in water
connection green onion
lemon juice
dried green spices to taste (basil, savory, tarragon)
garlic to taste
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Crush the wheat grains and sunflower seeds (or grind them).

Grind the dried tomatoes together with the green spices for a few minutes, use a blender.

Cut the green onion and pour freshly squeezed lemon juice over it. Let stand in it for 30 minutes.

Then mix all the products you have prepared so far. Add garlic and salt to taste.

Stir and spread the resulting mixture on parchment, then place in the oven at a temperature of 40 degrees until the layer dries.

When this happens, break into pieces and the crunchy crackers are ready.
