How To Cook Crispy Jalapeno Peppers With Cream Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 8 fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 75 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of fresh cheese
  • half a teaspoon of cumin
  • half a cup of hot red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 broken egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • frying oil
  • 1 cup coarsely ground breadcrumbs

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the stems of the peppers, clean them of seeds and make the filling. To do this, mix in a bowl the cream cheese, cottage cheese, add the cumin, paprika and stir. Fill the peppers and cover them with their stalks.

In a bowl, mix the milk with the egg, and in the other two, distribute the flour and breadcrumbs. Dip the peppers first in the milk mixture, then in the flour, again in the first and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Heat the fat and fry them until golden. Drain, serve, cut and enjoy their spicy taste. Serve with a drink of your choice.
