How To Cook Crispy Pizza With Cream Cheese, Peppers And Olives - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 200 grams of white flour
  • 200 grams of wholemeal flour
  • 1/2 cube live yeast
  • one teaspoon of salt and sugar
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

 

for garnish

 

  • 500 grams of chopped red peppers
  • 1 onion, cut into crescents
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 50 grams of pitted olives
  • 2-3 stalks of chopped fresh basil
  • 1-2 teaspoons to sprinkle

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the two types of flour in a bowl, and in another bowl put the yeast and mix it with warm water. Add salt, sugar and olive oil. Combine with dry ingredients and knead dough.

Roll out a fine crust and place it on a parchment-lined tray. Make a few holes in the marsh, smear it with cream cheese and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with chopped onions, peppers and olives.

Sprinkle with fresh basil and drops of olive oil, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
