How To Cook Crispy Pizza With Cream Cheese, Shrimp And Mozzarella - Recipe

Necessary products for a pizza:

 

for the dough

 

  • 150 grams of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 grams of live yeast
  • 100 milliliters of warm water

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 125 grams of cream cheese, natural
  • 100 grams of chopped or grated mozzarella
  • 1 stalk of basil, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 170 grams of shrimp, cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon pesto of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • fresh arugula leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the flour into a bowl and add the salt, olive oil and yeast, pre-diluted in water. Stir and make a dough.

Roll out the crust, spread it with cream cheese, garnish with mozzarella, shrimp, pesto and capers. Season with salt, basil and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the pizza for 20 minutes. Cool, garnish with fresh arugula leaves, cut and serve.
