How To Cook Crispy Pork Cutlets - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of sweet potatoes, cut in bulk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 90 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 125 milliliters of oil
  • 250 grams of green beans, blanched
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a pan covered with aluminum foil, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and bake for about 25 minutes until soft.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the pork chops by first thinning them with a meat mallet to a thickness of 2 cm.
  • Put the flour in a plate.
  • In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the dill and parsley.
  • Dip the chops on both sides in the flour, shake off the excess, dip in an egg and then in breadcrumbs. Press with your hands to make the breadcrumbs stick tightly.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the steaks for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  • In a large bowl, mix the blanched green beans with the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining olive oil and wine vinegar, season with salt and pepper and stir.
  • Serve the pork chops warm, garnished with potato salad.
