Necessary products:

 

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry marjoram
  • 1/4 teaspoon universal spice
  • pinch of salt
  • cumin and black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:


Preheat oven to 200 degrees, top reotan. Drain, dry and pour the chickpeas into a bowl. Add olive oil, marjoram, allspice, salt, cumin and black pepper.

Mix well, cover a tray with non-stick paper and spread the mixture. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool and serve the crispy chickpeas with a drink of your choice.
