Required products :
- 150 grams of crab rolls
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2.5 tablespoons flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 50 milliliters of oil
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation :
Beat the egg in a suitable bowl and add the mayonnaise and flour. Then season to taste (you can use garlic if you like the taste and aroma) and stir.
Dip the crab rolls in the breadcrumbs (defrost them beforehand), roll them in breadcrumbs and fry in oil.
