How To Cook Crispy Salty Circles With Different Flavors - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of flour
10 grams of baking powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon white wine
1 teaspoon salt

additives of your choice: grated yellow cheese, sesame or other seeds, paprika, olives, dried tomatoes, herbs, cumin and others

Method of preparation :

Add the baking powder and salt to the flour. Pour the wine, olive oil and knead the dough. You can divide it into several parts to which you can add different products to enjoy a variety of flavors.


In this case, sesame seeds and grated yellow cheese were used. Add to the dough, then form circles out of it.


Arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment, and bake the crispy pickles in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

 

You can serve the delicious circles with beer.
