How To Cook Crispy Stuffed Potatoes With Ham And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products

(determine the quantity yourself according to your preferences and the required number of servings):

  • potatoes (better pre-cooked)
  • ham
  • cheese
  • onion (green and old)
  • parsley
  • frying oil
  • flour and eggs for breading
  • pepper
  • left

 

 

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the parsley and green onions. Cut the ham and old onion into cubes and fry in butter. Peel the potatoes.

 

Mix the fried onions and ham with the green spices and the grated yellow cheese.

 

Cut the potatoes in half, carve the inside and cut it into small cubes,

 

then mix them with the ham and yellow cheese. Mix the stuffing thoroughly, season with salt and pepper.

 

Fill the carved potatoes with it, gather the halves two by two (to get a whole potato), roll in flour, then in the beaten egg, again in flour and fry in a deep fryer until golden.

 

Delicate potatoes are obtained in crispy breading.
