How To Cook Crispy Tangerine Sandwiches In Caramel Syrup - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of puff pastry
2 tangerines (you can use orange)

 

For caramel syrup:

100 grams of butter
80 grams of sugar
250 milliliters of orange juice


Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
