How To Cook Croissant Pudding With Sesame, Raisins And Cream - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of puff pastry
  • 6 tablespoons boiled condensed milk
  • 2 eggs + 2 yolks
  • 1 teaspoon liquid cream with 10% fat
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • a handful of raisins
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • oil to spread the form

 

Method of preparation :

Thaw the dough, roll it out slightly, cut it into triangles, which you roll up to make the croissants. Leave for 1.5-2 hours and arrange them in a greased pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes and wait for to cool. It is best to dry the croissants for a day or two and then prepare the pudding with them.

Cut them lengthwise in half and put 1/2 tablespoon of condensed milk in all halves. Arrange the lower parts of the croissants in a tray with the cut side up and sprinkle with raisins.

Beat the two eggs with one of the extra yolks, cream and both types of sugar. Pour this cream over the croissants in the pan and close them with their tops, which you must first spread with the second yolk.

Sprinkle with raisins and place in the oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.

The pudding does not swell or redden. Five minutes before it is completely ready, spread the yolk again and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
