Required products :

  • 3/4 teaspoon butter
  • 220 grams of sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 sachets of dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon warm water
  • 4 teaspoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs, broken

Method of preparation :

Melt 1/2 cup of the butter in a saucepan until liquefied. Add sugar and sour cream to it. Stir and transfer the mixture to a large bowl.

Dissolve the yeast packets in the water and leave for 5 minutes.

Mix the flour with the salt in a bowl.

Add the eggs to the cream, add the yeast. Carefully add the liquid ingredients to the flour, knead and cover with foil. Refrigerate for 8 hours.

Press the dough down with your fist and divide it into 4 balls.

Roll each on a floured surface in a circle with a diameter of 20 centimeters.

Melt the remaining butter and spread the dough with it.

Cut each circle into 12 pieces (like a pizza) and roll them from the wide side to the top. Arrange in a tray lined with paper.

Cover and let the croissants rise for 45 minutes in the heat.

Preheat oven to 185 degrees and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
