Required products :

  • 3 teaspoons old bread
  • 1 protein
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1-4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or 1/4 teaspoon common salt

Method of preparation :

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites to obtain a creamy consistency.

 

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to it and stir again. Add the second spoon of olive oil, stir to obtain a mixture similar to mayonnaise.

 

Cut the bread into cubes and pour them into the egg whites, mix gently.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees.
