Required products :
bread
cheese
garlic (2 cloves or to taste)
grated ginger
salt and pepper to taste
other spices of your choice
vegetable oil
Method of preparation :
Cut a few slices of bread into small cubes.
Put them in a suitable container, sprinkle with spices, grated garlic to taste and sprinkle with oil.
Then grate the cheese on top and place in the microwave in "grill" mode or in an ordinary oven.
Let cook for 25 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. They should acquire a golden color and become crispy.
Croutons are a great addition to any soup, and you can bite them just like that. Some also prefer them as a beer appetizer.
