Learn how to cook "Crushed cherry tomato salad with olives and garlic dressing with soy sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of cherry tomatoes
20 olives - black and green

For the dressing:

2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
pinch ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil and a few sprigs fresh to decorate
salt if necessary, but remember that soy sauce and olives are salted
hot peppers to taste and optional

Method of preparation :

Start by making the dressing.
In a suitable bowl, mix olive oil with lemon juice, add crushed or finely chopped garlic cloves, dried basil, honey, soy sauce and a pinch of ground black pepper. If you use hot pepper, cut it into small pieces and also put it in the bowl with the other dressing products. Mix everything (you can use a wire whisk for this purpose).

Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry them. Pour the olives into a colander to drain the marinade well.

Punch the tomatoes in several places with a toothpick and put them in a plastic bag (in a row). Then press them with the bottom of a cup, they will crack and crumple a bit.

Do the same with the olives. Mix them with the tomatoes, using the juice released during the mashing of the products, and pour into the bowl with the dressing. Mix everything thoroughly so that the vegetables are well covered with the aromatic sauce.

Leave the salad to stand for 20 minutes, then transfer to a clean salad bowl and serve.

Taste. If necessary, season with salt or sugar according to your preferences.

Enjoy your meal!
