How To Cook Cucumber Salad With Aromatic Sesame Dressing - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cucumber salad with fragrant sesame dressing". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

1 cucumber
1/2 medium carrot
1/4 medium onion

For the dressing:
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce (better not too thick)
1 tablespoon vinegar (natural low-percentage of your choice - rice, apple or wine)
1/2 tablespoon ground red pepper
1/2 tablespoon flakes of red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil a
few pinches of roasted sesame seeds - optional

Preparation :
Cut the cucumber into long pieces (or as you prefer), carrots - into small pieces, and onions - into large pieces.
If you use 6% table vinegar, dilute it with water in a ratio of 1: 1.
Mix the vegetables in a suitable bowl and start making the dressing.
Add vinegar, pepper and salt to the soy sauce. Stir. You can also use a little sugar if the taste is too sharp for you.
Pour the sauce over the salad and stir. Finally add the sesame oil. It is added last so that the vegetables can absorb the sauce, and the oil will prevent this.
Sprinkle with roasted seeds and serve.
Season the salad just before eating so that it does not become watery and the vegetables are crispy.
You can not use carrots, and replace the old onion with green. If you do not have sesame oil, ordinary sunflower oil will do the trick. An option is to add garlic (maybe powder).
Enjoy your meal!
